Welcome to our garden center! Here at Northside we try to carry all the things you need for your flower garden, vegetable garden, and yard.  If we don’t have what you are looking for we will try our best to find it.

Year-round we carry a wide variety of flowers, hanging baskets, ornamentals, ground cover type plants as well as many more.  During the spring we carry a select number of fruit trees and rose bushes & year-round we carry 40+ varieties of bulk garden seeds for gardening all year.  We also carry Bonnie Vegetable Plants in both the spring and fall for those of you who want your veggies and herbs already growing.  Just come on by and we’ll help you get that garden started.

We also carry the other products you need to get your gardens going.  Looking to go organic?  Try our full line of Lady Bug products that includes fertilizers and soil amendments that are organic and good for your plants like St John’s Recipe, Farm Style Compost, a Revitalizer Compost mix, Earthworm Castings, and many more Lady Bug products.  We also have Back to Nature Cotton Burr Mulch that can be used as a compost or a top-dress in your gardens and around your trees as well as Cow Wow Liquid Poo Compost Concentrate.

Looking for Miracle-Gro products?  We have those too!  We carry three different kinds of potting soils, plant foods & fertilizers for a variety of plants, tree spikes to give your trees a little extra boost in growing as well as other Miracle-Gro products.  We also carry Hi-Yield soil amendments and fertilizers for your garden and yard as well as dry fertilizers in large bags like 21-7-14 which was designed by Texas A&M specifically for the Coastal Bend region, 13-13-13 which is an all around good fertilizer for quick fertilizing, 12-24-12 for pecan & fruit trees, and many, many more.

We also carry products to get your water garden and pond going.  For pond care and maintenance we carry Tetra Pond and Crystal Blue products as well as pumps, filters, fountain kits, a selection of water plants as well as fish to stock your pond or water garden.

Need some bird seed for your wild bird friends or a birdhouse or feeder?  Come see our selection of premium Wild Delight Bird Seed and Purina Mills Birdluver’s Blend for wild birds.  We also carry a large assortment of beautiful glass and plastic hummingbird feeders as well as purple martin houses to attract the birds to your home.  Don’t forget the squirrels – we carry Wild Delight Premium Squirrel food for these furry friends too.

 Looking for that perfect piece for your outdoor decorating?  We carry a unique selection of wrought iron items ranging from trellises to hanging baskets and a large selection of pottery.  Our pottery collection spans many different styles – western, tropical, Tuscan, Mexican as well as the always colorful & beautiful Talavera collection.

Having trouble with those pesky pests?  We carry a large selection of pest products to meet your pest problems.  Ant poisons like Tomcat, Extinguish, & Green Light w/conserve and more; mouse and rat products by Motomco, Just One Bite, Hawk, Rampage, & more; and insecticide, pesticide, & fungicide products like Demon, Malathion, Permethrin, Garden Tech Sevin products & Green Light products.  And even a few deer and snake repellants like Liquid Fence products  & Snake Away.
